By creating an account, accessing, or using One-to-Many Automations ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the Service.
One-to-Many Automations is a messaging automation platform that allows users to send bulk WhatsApp and email messages, manage leads and contacts, create message templates, schedule campaigns, build chatbot flows, and integrate with third-party tools including Google Sheets, Shopify, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, and others.
To use the Service, you must register with a valid email or Google account, provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and be at least 18 years of age. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.

You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Meta's Business Policies at all times. Bulk messaging must only be sent to contacts who have explicitly opted in. Sending unsolicited messages may result in your WhatsApp number being banned or restricted by Meta. We are not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta.
When you connect your Gmail account, you grant us limited, read-only permission to send emails on your behalf using your connected account. We do not read, store, or share the contents of your Gmail inbox. You can revoke this permission at any time via Google Account Permissions. You remain responsible for all emails sent through your connected account and must comply with Google's Terms of Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Shopify, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to, or failures of, third-party APIs or platforms.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user-generated content) are owned by One-to-Many Automations and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One-to-Many Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue or profits, account suspensions by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Google, Meta, Shopify), business interruption, or loss of goodwill. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or any other reason, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by contacting support@onetomany.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
